Hi I’m Mark Phillips, founder of the Sleep Well Hub and your guide to getting the sleep you need, to stop battling the night and to enable you to win the day.  

 

​A little about me, like most of you I have had "normal sleep issues" my whole life, from  monsters under my bed as a young child, exam stress as a teen.  Work Stress, Life Stress, shift work, new baby routines, dealing with our children's sleep issues. Not to mention leadership roles in the Army and Police, responsible for others going through these same issues.

I've spent the last 10 years working with industry to help mostly drivers of vehicles and trains, also others in safety critical roles and their managers or senior management team.  I have improved sleep for employees at both an individual, but also organisational level, assisting with changes across organisations, to improve sleep management that improved, retention, productivity and safety.

During this period I have became qualified and experienced in delivering sleep coaching and therapies including Hypnosis and CBT(I) to reduce stress and anxiety, build mental resilience leading to improved general wellness. In many cases reversing years of chronic insomnia giving people back control of their lives.

 

This unique blend of real-world experience and clinical expertise allows me to go far beyond the standard advice you'll find online or in a single modal sleep clinic. I don't just look at your sleep; I work on your mindset. I don't just give you advice; I give you a complete system. I empower you to help yourself, once our time together ends.

My mission is simple: to give you the tools to escape the nightly battle, reclaim your energy, and start winning your day. Whatever your issue impacting your sleep,
